Short Film (8:20) showing the installation of the rock ramp fish pass at Bolands Weir on the Kings River above Kells, Co. Kilkenny. This is one of two rock ramps installed in the summer of 2009 by the Nore Suir River Trust Ltd. This one was funded entirely by Kilkenny Anglers Association for their 100th anniversary.
